Digital purchases
If you experience a duplicate charge, an inaccessible or corrupt file, or receive a product materially different from its description, email cmnegi172@gmail.com with the order reference and a description of the issue.
We will investigate and help provide access to the correct working files or an appropriate refund where due. Do not include full payment credentials.
Change of mind
Because digital files are delivered electronically, change-of-mind cancellation after delivery is not normally offered, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary; we will provide the available status when a refund is issued.
Amazon paperback orders
Amazon purchases follow the return and cancellation options displayed by Amazon for that order. Contact Amazon through your order history for fulfillment or payment issues.
